Bad Customer Service by Indigo Airline Staff at Pune, Airport & due to unprofessional & untrained staff they kept my Bag with them..



Missing Luggage - PNR No. K67MWN

Dear Indigo Airlines Customer Service Team,

I am writing to report a missing luggage incident for my recent flight with Indigo Airlines. The details of my flight and missing luggage are as follows:

Flight Number: 6E623
Flight Date: 3 DECEMBER 2024 0315 HRS
Departure City: PUNE
Arrival City: GUWAHATI

My checked-in luggage 031291 11670 has not been returned to me after the flight. I have checked with the airport staff and the baggage claim area but my luggage is nowhere to be found.

At Guwahati Airport 6.15am

Though when I haven't got my bag I've reported to the lady manager ( Don't remember her name)  and Debjyoti at Guwahati Airport.

 They assured me that my luggage would be delivered to Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh by 3rd December at my hotel.

Unfortunately, it's been full day & NO SIGN of my bag.

Later by 3rd December Evening Call from Kumar, Baggage Executive or Manager....!!

Despite my previous complaints and follow-ups, the issue with my missing luggage (PNR No. K67MWN) remains unresolved.

In a recent conversation with Kunal, I was shocked and dismayed when he asked me to collect my luggage from Itanagar Airport, which is 432 km away from Tawang, where I am currently attending the ATOAI Convention as a delegate. This is unacceptable, especially considering that I had already informed your team about my location and the convention.

Kunal's behavior was also unprofessional and rude, which added to my frustration. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, especially when dealing with a sensitive issue like missing luggage.

That is not just my Bag That is everything to me ..
The luggage contains essential items, including documents, wallet, money, tablets, and a pair of shoes. Due to the mishandling of my bag by your check-in supervisor and untrained staff, I was forced to check in my bag. The staff unnecessarily created a drama over an Allen key and power bank in my bag, despite my explanation of their legitimate use for my profession.

I urge you to take immediate action to locate my luggage and deliver it to me at Hotel Vivek, Tawang, within the next 24 hours. Failure to do so will prompt me to take further action, including filing a lawsuit in consumer Court against the responsible individuals.


I request you to look into this matter urgently and take necessary steps to locate my missing luggage. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on the status of my luggage at the earliest at my Hotel Vivek, Tweang, AP.
